Day 5: Bovington

Left Portsmouth and drove an hour and a half to Bovington tank museum. This place was amazing and covered the history of armoured warfare from a British and colonial point of view. Not Mandys cup of tea but she put a brave face on.. Stiff upper lip and all that.

Cirencester

We then made our way to Cirencester a 2 hour drive, found our way to our hotel a lovely 16th Century Building and spent the afternoon in this garden drinking with the locals

Tomorrow a short exploration of the area including Bibury before a 3 hour drive to Lincoln
