Locronan

Continuing our trip around Brittany we came to this village in the west. Locronan is a member of the “Le plus beaux Villages de France” (The most beautiful Villages of France). We thought we would be the judge of that – but they are right, it is really lovely 🙂 we are staying on the edge of the village so been able to walk through at various times during the day seeing it in different light and levels of business..

As a bonus we discovered that there was a cycle race passing through the village. The Tour du Finistere a 156km race from Quimper to Quimper passing through Locronan managed to capture the main bunch going through.
