Annecy II

Lake Annecy in the morning, nice just to sit and watch the world go by.
OK went for a bike ride, first time riding a bike for Mandy for more years than she can count!! was very nervous but really enjoyed it, just a couple of minor mishaps, she fell off when trying the bike for the first time in the car park, and I had a fall when standing on the side of the road looking at google maps (no idea how that happened and Mandy says she didn’t push me)
Its been really warm since we got here and its getting hot again today 34 degrees.
Bit of a late start this morning as I was up until Midnight watching England beat Croatia at the World Cup. We woke up to the sound of a microlite above and saw a bunch of Geese following along very cute.
We are having a ball on this trip, everyday is a new adventure.
We met a lovely couple from Redcar – Leroy and Michelle was great to meet you both, happy travels and hopefully we shall catch-up again during our tour in the north of England.
Tomorrow we head to Chamonix in the French Alps.
Ah Mandy on a bike, well done.
yeah it was hard but got her onto it.. we both fell off though lol
